Week 2: Don't leave it to chance
Tracking and reviewing maybe not be everyone's favorite tasks but if we skip these tasks we are leaving everything up to chance. Data collection is needed to gain clarity on our process, where we are at, and what changes we may have to implement in the future.

Week 3: Create Momentum
Creating a routine creates long-term habits. In week 3, we will explore what routines work best for you.

Week 4: Accountability
This week, we will explore different types of accountability and explore which one is right for you.

Week 5: From Procrastination to Motivation
Gaining more clarity on why you procrastinate and how you can create motivation moving forward.

Week 6: The Science of Celebration
Celebrating is a great way to utilize brain function to be more productive and motivated. We will dig deeper into how celebrations impact our success.
