The Challenge
The Challenge runs for 6 weeks. You will receive a short video every week learning science-based strategies as well as worksheets for implementation and weekly check-in. We will support, cheer and encourage each other during this time. Successfully implement your habit and have fun at the same time.

Prep Your Success
Successful implementation of new habits requires preparation. Join the challenge today to gain access to the recording of the Kick-Off event from 12/1 to prep your new habits. You can watch and follow along at your convenience. In this 55min workshop, you will gain clarity if your desired change is right for you, how to break down and plan your action steps, and what it takes to successfully implement habit change for the long-term.

Week #1
Topic: Are you ready
In the first week, we will make sure that you have everything in line to be successful. Identifying, planning, and scheduling are key components to reaching your goals.

Week #2
Topic: Tracking and Reviewing
Tracking and reviewing maybe not be everyone's favorite tasks but if we skip these tasks we are leaving everything up to chance. Data collection is needed to gain clarity on our process, where we are at, and what changes we may have to implement in the future.

Week #3
Topic: Routine
Creating a routine creates long-term habits. In week 3, we will explore what routines work best for you.

Week #4
Topic: Accountability
This week, we will explore different types of accountability and explore which one is right for you.

Week #5
Topic: From Procrastination to Motivation
Gaining more clarity on why we procrastinate and how we can create motivation moving forward will be covered in week #5.

Week #6
Topic: Celebration
Celebrating is a great way to utilize brain function to be more productive and motivated. We will dig deeper into how celebrations impact our success.
