How to cancel my subscription or free trial
- Log in to your account on my site.
- Click your avatar/profile icon in the top navigation.
- Choose Settings from the dropdown.
- Go to Billing or your subscription details.
- Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.
If your subscription includes a 14-day free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. Once a charge has been processed, no refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not refund charges already incurred. If you cancel after a payment has been processed, you will continue to have access through the end of your current billing period.
No full refunds, partial refunds, prorated refunds, or credits are provided for unused time, unused benefits, missed sessions, or early cancellation.
